the staff was very nice and caring.
I checked in a few hours early. I was asked to pay extra, even though my room was already ready for check in. it felt unfair. The room was vacant and prepared. this policy seems inflexible and not very guest-friendly. i found it a bit disappointing, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

the location provided easy access to a hop on hop off bus stop for city tours, i suppose.
The water in the wash basin barely drained. It was REALLY slow going down, so I had to wait a WHile. I think i deserve better, seriously. Who needs a tiny pool?

The bedroom was modern and clean. A large bathroom included a separate shower and bath. Staff were very helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast spread offered many options.

The pool area felt relaxing and the gym offered a good supply of equipment. It was adequate, i suppose.
I booked a beautiful room. It supposedly had a view. instead, it mostly faced another building. Not exactly inspiring. plus, the water in the wash basin didn't drain properly. It just sat there. i expected a little more attention to detail. Guess i was wrong.

The location proved convenient to several key tourist sites. The indoor pool was lovely! Breakfast offered everything I wanted. The food was AMAZING!!!
